・ご入場時に手指のアルコール消毒をさせて頂きます。

(37.5度以上のお客様は入場をお断りさせて頂きます。その際、チケットの払戻をさせて頂きますが、移動交通費等諸経費の払戻は致しません。当日までに体調管理の徹底にご協力ください。)
・開場の際、入場待機列を解消する為、席番毎に集合時間を下記の通りご案内させて頂きます。
ご案内の時刻前に集合のご協力をお願い致します。また、ご入場時に整理番号A・B・Cのお客様は、追加チケット代の徴収も行います。

・今後、開催日までに国内の情勢が大きく変わり公演中止を余儀無くされる場合以外での払戻は一切致しません。
・公演中、座席から離れる等、危険・迷惑行為があった場合、主催者の判断で公演を中止とさせて頂きます。
その際チケットの払戻は致しません。
・公演中、水分補給以外はマスクの着用を必ずお願い致します。
・声援等、大声を出す行為、お客様同士の大きな声での会話はお控えください。
・公演終了後は退場時の混雑緩和の為、規制退場のアナウンスを入れさせて頂きます。公演終了後、お席にご着席下さい。あくまで目安ではございますが、30分程度は余裕を持った交通機関の確認・ご手配をお願い致します。
・会場内、コインロッカーの使用はできません。
・ドリンク代の支払いは、現金のみとなります。なるべく釣り銭のないようご用意をお願いします。
・会場内でのCD販売、物販販売につきましては、感染拡大防止対策の為、 販売無しとさせて頂きます。各アーティストのオフィシャルグッズ販売をご利用ください。
・当日アルコールの販売はございません。予めご了承下さいませ。

We will disinfect your hands with alcohol upon entry.
Please wear a mask at the time of entry.
We will take your temperature upon entry.
(Customers with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher will be refused entry. In that case, we will refund your ticket, but we will not refund your transportation costs and other expenses. Please take care of your physical condition before the day of the event.)
In order to eliminate the entrance waiting line, we will announce the assembly time for each seat number as follows.
Please be sure to arrive at the venue before the announced time. In addition, customers with number A, B, and C at the time of admission will be asked to pay an additional ticket fee.

We will not give any refunds unless the situation in Japan changes drastically before the date of the performance.
We reserve the right to cancel a performance in the event of dangerous or disruptive behavior such as leaving your seat during a performance.
In such cases, no refunds will be made.
